What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payments and debit card payments via Shopify Payments. We also have an option of manual bank transfer.

 

When will I receive my order?

We will send out your order no later than 5 working days after receipt of payment confirmation, except for pre-orders.

We only ship out orders every Monday each week (to limit our partner's exposure during pandemic). On every shipping day, we include all fully paid orders we receive by 1pm the day before ( Sunday).

Parcels are then sent out using Hermes with tracking service and gets delivered typically within 3 days.

Do you deliver outside of UK?

 At the moment, we have only set up shipping cost for within UK, for parcels under 2kg. For other destinations, we are happy to provide a specific quote. We have previously sent parcels to Europe and US/Canada.

 

The item is out of stock, can I pre-order?

 Not all items are items will be restocked with exact designs/colours due to the handmade nature of our products, however, we are able to accept pre-orders of most of our shawls and scarves with set deadline based on our next schedule of shipment to the UK (so you will have expected delivery date). In some cases, we may ask for pre-payment. Please message us to discuss further.

 

Can you gift wrap or personalise my order so I can send out as a gift?

 Yes! There will be a small fee depending on materials used (pre-arranged with you) and we can write a short note on your behalf. Just message us to discuss your requirements.
